Patient Testimonial

“My husband and I have been patients at Dr. Janssen’s office for many years.  He has always done great work for us.  Dr. Janssen is a kind man and a good dentist.  In fact everyone at Dr. Janssen’s office is so nice.”

Frequent Dental Questions

1) Do you take my insurance?

Yes, we accept your insurance unless your carrier restricts who you can see.  We work with most insurance carriers, we gladly process your insurance claims, and we help you maximize your insurance benefits.  If your insurance plan is a Preferred Provider Option (PPO) and we’re not on the list, please contact us anyway and we’ll check your out-of-network benefits.  Most patients discover that benefit levels are approximately the same whether your care is provided by an in or out-of-network provider.

2) Do you have payment options?

Yes.  We accept checks, cash, debit cards, and credit cards.  We also offer financing through our financing partner, Care Credit.  Care Credit offers many interest-free options and extended payment options with interest.  If you need another option, please ask and we’ll see what we can provide.  Our goal is to always partner with you and schedule treatment within the parameters of your dental budget.

3) What do you mean by conservative treatment?

Dr. Janssen emphasizes preventative services to minimize decay and discomfort.  The doctor recognizes that sometimes the best dental treatment is no dental treatment, and that is why he does not work on a tooth unless it’s needed.  When treatment is warranted, you often have several options.  Dr. Janssen and his team take the time to explain conservative treatment options to discover the best fit for you and your dental budget.

4) Do you stay on time?

We schedule one patient at a time, which means the time we reserve for you is exclusively for you.  Occasionally something unexpected occurs which requires us to continue to give our undivided attention to you—that’s how we would treat a member of our family.  Other than those rare circumstances, we run on time because we value your time and appreciate having you as our patient.
